How cute are these! Last August in Palm Cove I received one of these from Liz Collette as a swap……….I just had to make some of these for my Girl’s Night In fund raisers this month. You still have time to email orders through via my website before the end of the month. As promised I will be donating 20% of all sales generated through my blog to the Cancer Council’s Girl’s Night In…………..oh………….and if you place an order I’ll send you the pattern for one of these darling little shoes too!

And to my Inky Fingers team …….thanks for a great night tonight of eating, laughing, card making and celebrating all things PINK!

I wanted to share with you a card that one of my lovely customers created at one of our stamp club meetings recently.  We got broke out the Water Colour Crayons, our Blender Pens and Aqua painters for a relaxing evening of water-colouring. I loved this card that is using the two stampsets “Bloomin’ With Beauty” and “Touch of Nature” (from the main Stampin’ Up! catalogue) ……..being similar in style they go beautifully together. But please ignore my watermark (I’ll have to remove it when I work out how lol!) as this card was created by the lovely Lyndall Bailey (waving “Hi” to Lyndall!)

If you would like to have Bloomin’ with Beauty or any of the other sets in the current Spring Mini Catalogue in your stamp stash, then you need to place an order before the end of November 30th as many of these sets will never be available again after that date.

And speaking of Stamp Clubs……..

I am starting up another of two of these in the New Year……..

These new clubs will meet on  Thursday evenings for 6 months from January through to June.

Each club will have 6 members and, as usual, I will be running a free class, just for members, at my home in Wollongong. We will be focusing on different stamping techniques and scrap booking ideas each month and complete a project that I wouldn’t normally show at a workshop. To be a member of the club, each person agrees to purchase a minimum of $50 worth of Stampin’ Up! products (before shipping) each month.

The best bit is that you each take a turn at being the hostess and earn at least one level one hostess set as well as extra cash to spend depending on the total for the night .

CLUB #1 (1 SPOT REMAINING) – 1st Club Meeting Thursday 29th January

CLUB #2 (3 SPOTS REMAINING)-1st Club Meeting Thursday 22nd January

If you would like to take part in next years clubs then please email me at stampin@vanessawebb.net and I will send you more details as well as an application form to reserve your spot.

Thanks for visiting!

Sorry for the long delay between posts. I have had problems with my PC due to a virus that disabled my virus protection and after that created havoc and shut down nearly every program I had installed.   I am happy to say that we are now virus-free and back to our usual programming :-) .

I wanted to share with you a christmas mobile inspired by the lovely Andrea Lowcock in my Inky Fingers team and the design on page 18 of the current Spring Mini Catalogue. When I saw Andrea’s on her blog I had to make one for myself (she even sent me one of her class kits so I could create my own, what a sweetie………thanks Andrea!).

The mobile is made from On Board “Trimmings” chip board which you can use to create ornaments, home decor, tree trimmings and keepsakes by decorating the pieces with stamps and Designer Series Paper and other embellishments. I loved Andrea’s idea of using the hatpin so I grabbed one of them from my Pretties Kit and pushed it through the Cocoa velvet ribbon from my “Theatre” Ribbon Originals.

These gorgeous “Holiday Harmony” papers and the “Trimmings” Chip board are available only until the end of November so be sure to order yours now and get started on creating some Christmas gifts and decorating your home with hand made ornaments that you and your family will treasure for many years to come!

To create the mobile above I used the following products (all available for purchase through me from Stampin’ Up!):

Stamps: Season Of Joy (p22 Mini Catalogue),Occasional Greetings

Ink : Purely Pomegranate, Always Artichoke and Certainly Celery Stampin’ Write Markers

Paper: Holiday Harmony Double Sided Paper and Purely Pomegranate card stock

Accessories : Trimmings On Board chip board, Two Way Glue Pen, Sanding Block, 2mm Hand Held Punch, Linen Thread, Pretties Kit, Mini Glue Dots.

Come and visit me………….
