To all the mums who visit my blog, I hope that your day was special and that you spent it doing something you enjoy.
My daughter’s school had a Mother’s Day Stall last week so I whipped up some book marks for the kids to buy to take home to their Mums to give them on their special day.
I was thinking I probably need to hide this set from myself as I seem to be using Baroque Motifs on everything I create lately lol.
I am giving my Crop-a-Dile a good work out too. You can see a close up of that embossing again here:
and here:
I got out my Sanding Blocks and Colour Spritzer Tool to add a bit more interest and texture and I was quite pleased with how they turned out. It was great to be able to make around 20 of these in under an hour too!
Let me know what you think.

Look good Ness, I love how you embossed the center of the motif too!
Fantastic Ness! I bet these were popular on the Mother’s Day Stall. I am going to have to get my crop-a-dile out (my most recent purchase) and keep reminding myself to use it!!! ‘Cos whenever I see it used – I love the effect! It just adds something special! 😎 Hugs, Andrea
