I really enjoy challenging myself to use colours that I am not naturally drawn to. This card was the result of my effort to use some colours that I hadn’t ever combined together previously.
Here’s what I used to make this card:
Stamps : Always stamp set (available until the end of November!!)
Ink : Versa Mark, Basic Grey
Paper : Pumpkin Pie, Basic Grey, Whisper White
Accessories: Clear Embossing powder, Heat tool, Powder Pal, Embossing Buddy, District Ribbon Originals, Styled Silver Hodgepodge Hardware, Snail Adhesive, White Gel Pen, Cutter Kit (7 -sided Distressing Tool).
The white strip around the embossed heart and the white flowers were coloured in with the Stampin’ Up! Signo White Gel Pen.
Hmmmmmmm, I’m not sure about this one……….

I actually think this is stunning! I’m not sure these colours would have worked if you hadn’t added the embossing! This just gives the card so much more “impact”. (in my humble opinion!!!) 🙂 Hugs, Andrea
