I just had to pre-order this set when I saw it was going into our current catalogue. Love the way you can put anything in the window and create your very own stamped scene. The card above is a very simple one. I could have dressed it up a bit more with some ribbon another image from the Window Dressing set or even some images from All in the Family or Loads of Love and accessories. I think this card needs something else to complete the picture…………what would you add???
Here’s what I used to make this card.
Stamps : Window Dressing (Level 3 Hostess Set – you can earn this one for free with a workshop or order with total sales of $1000 or more)
Ink : Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, StazOn
Cardstock : Pink Pirouette, Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, Whisper White, Chocolate Chip
Accessories : Cutter Kit, Paper Snips, Stamp-a-ma-jig, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Blender Pen.
Special techniques : Water colouring with ink pads
If you think you know what this card needs to finish it off then leave a comment for this post with your suggestions before the end of next week (Friday 22nd May) and go in the draw to win some Blog Candy!

I think the little bird from the “Wndow Dressing” set would look cute, just perched in the top of that window… Maybe some Pacific Point 5/8 Sriped Grosgrain Ribbon? Or would that be too busy with the colours? Hmm…
This may sound repetitive, but I immeditaely thought it needed a little birdie and some ribbon. 🙂
Have been thinking about this card. I think that I would try a butterfly in the top part of the window – probably the little one from “Live Your Dream” ( my favourite!) perhaps some sponge daubing of a pale blue like Soft Sky in the background may help to soften the white. What do you think?
I also like Sarah’s idea of the little bird – very cute!
Hey Ness,
What about some “curtains” right at the top of the window – almost like a little valance I guess! That will give it that real homely feel! And then maybe some wide grosgrain ribbon to make a faux bow right at the top of the card on the chic chip piece! It’s such a pretty card Ness and I’m kicking myself I never got this set now! lol
