…….to get creative! One of the best things I love about being a demonstrator is that I am allowed to be creative every day. It also comes in handy around Christmas time when there are a large number of people to thank for their help kindness throughout the year. I love being able to make special gifts and “re-wrap” chocolates for example in handmade packaging…..making the gift more personal.
Here’s what we gave to our teachers and coaches this year, along with a box of chocolates :
Here’s a list of what I used to create my ornaments all of which are available through me from Stampin’ Up! – of course ;).
Paper : Assorted paper strips – Patterns Designer Series Paper (Riding Hood Red), Good Morning Sunshine, Candy Lane, Windsor Knot
Accessories : Hat pins, Pearls, Crystal Beads from Pretties Kit. Assorted Taffeta ribbon

Since the kids broke up from school and the usual weekly routine has been set aside……and I have been pottering in my craft space. I bought these glass jars from Ikea a while ago and I’ve now had time to organise my ribbon stash and arrange assorted colours into these cute little storage containers.
I have been walking past these all day grinning from ear to ear lol. I don’t know why, but they make me happy….seeing all those colours together….like lollies in a candy shop!
It’s the simple things……….. sigh ………:)
