Better late than never!

Okay….so I know that Hamilton Island was a couple of months ago now, but I haven’t forgotten that I promised you some photos of the trip!
Each Incentive Trip has been unique and special and this one was no exception.
The photo above was taken when we arrived. These were my swaps which I made with the Pennant Die using the Love Letters papers. I wanted to create a souvenir of the trip for everyone who came along and this is what I came up with. The date and details and stamped on using the Calendar Alphabet and Numbers stampset.

Every single day, we received a special surprise on our pillows. One of the first gifts was this gorgeous clutch purse which had the Island Oasis paper pattern inside :

Each of the gifts had a shell attached with a card or tag which made wonderful keepsakes of the trip in themselves.

Probably the hardest decision we had to make each day was where to eat  breakfast, lunch and dinner (and isn’t that exactly what a holiday should be like?). The island is full of fabulous restaurants and cafes so we had lots to choose from. Here we are with Linda and Cheryl sampling the breakfast menu at one of the local cafes.
The first night we gathered for dinner in the marquee above before sneaking in to see Guy Sebastian in concert (Emma had a word with one of the bouncers and got us in as it was a private function).
Linda and myself before dinner.

The view from our hotel room balcony.

Miriam, Cheryl, Linda, Claire, Me and Alisa walking along the perfect white sand on a beach…..somewhere……(I can’t remember the name of this beach but it was spectacular and I wouldn’t have minded being marooned there for a while!)

On our final night Stampin’ Up! had organised a treasure hunt for us on the island. We got to travel around in golf buggies and answer questions for prizes and ended up with quite a stash of Stampin’ goodies at the end. Simon, myself, Alisa, and her hubby Craig won the treasure hunt and scored some new Designer Series Paper from the Summer Mini.

Our final dinner was at one of the most spectactular settings I have ever been to – The Yacht Club on Hamilton Island.

We sat down to a beautiful meal in the perfect setting to finish off what was yet another memorable holiday – all thanks to Stampin’ Up!

Incentive Trip is something I would never want to miss. For me it is a chance to enjoy a fabulous time away, celebrating with other demonstrators what a wonderful opportunity we have to work with a great company such as Stampin’ Up!  And so I am working towards earning our Incentive Trip to Fiji next year which will also be Stampin’ Up!s 5 year Anniversary in Australia – a celebration not to be missed!
