Simple Stems and Creped Filter Paper

 
Something bright and happy for you today! Not my usual choice of colours but I really want to use the Brights Pallet to lift the mood with this card 🙂
The technique to create the background is called Emerging Colour – using Clear Embossing powder and Versamark stamped and embossed over the top of the Water Color Wonder Paper. I then got my brayer and rolled Tangerine Tango ink over the whole piece of paper before wiping the excess off with a tissue. Love this technique, it’s still one of my favourites 🙂
