I was inspired by fellow demonstrator form New Zealand, Paula Dobson,  to create these non-traditional roses. You can check out some more ideas using this Product Suite in a a Blog Hop HERE .

In the close-ups you can see I’ve used the Shimmery Crystal Effects to add dimension, sheen and a subtle sparkle to the flowers. I’ve coloured the leaves in with Bermuda Bay and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends Combos and filled in a shadow on the flower petals using Smokey Slate Stampin’ Blends Combo. These cards were pretty simple to make but very effective. The images were stamped in Basic Gray.
