When a Tag Becomes a Card

This past Saturday we had our monthly Kit and Sip Class via Zoom! The class is FREE to anyone who purchases a Stampin’ Up! Kit via my Online Store in the month leading up to each class. Simply purchase any of the project or card kits available and I’ll send you the link to our class so that you can join in the fun! There’s always new ideas and inspiration shared for when you are completing your own Kits and it’s fun to see what other people have come up with even though we start off with the same ingredients.

At our last class I tried my hand at creating some Christmas themed cards out of the Stampset and embellishments that come in the “Love Santa” Tag Kit.

I had a lot of fun trying out different things and this is just one of the designs I came up with :

HINT : each of the kits lists the Stampin’ Up! colours used in the instruction sheet so it’s really easy to design your own cards and tags and mix and match embellishments/ink/cardstock to create something unique that coordinates with the rest of the Kit!

Here are the tags that you can create with this kit. If you are following the instructions, you will end up with 12 tags, three of each design :

You will notice that I’ve combined the stamp images from the “Joy” tag with the greetings used on the tree tag. I’ve also added in some Real Red Rhinestone embellishments for a bit of bling.
