This card pretty much uses most of my favourite products from the new Idea Book and Catalogue!
The card itself was pretty simple to make……
The base is just a piece of A5 Rich Razzleberry cardstock scorewd and folded in half. Next I ran a slightly smaller than A6 sized piece of Vellum cardstock through my Big Shot using the new Vinatage Wallpaper embossng folder. See how it makes the vellum look like a piece of vintage lace overaid onto the Razzleberry cardstock?
THe monogram was created from 3 cuts on the Big Shot with one of my Lots of Tags dies. I punched a Large Oval out of the Brushed Silver cardstock piece to create a “window” for the Vellum piece. The letters are stamped in Basic Black and embossed in Silver.
To create the gathered ribbon effect I cut a slit in the bottom of the Black and Vanilla striped grossgrain and pulled a thread to gather it before adhereing an Antique Brad and applying it to the vellum with Mini Glue Dots.
Only one more sleep ’til we head off to Hamilton Island!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope to finish my Incentive Trip swaps and photograph them tonight so I will be sharing them with you very soon 🙂
