Circle of Friendship

I have really appreciated the versatility of this set. The eScape Bundle is a bargain and a great combination of products that can be used in a variety of ways. Teamed with the other circle punches that Stampin’ Up! offers, there is a miriad of things you can create with this one stamp set.
I got my inspiration for the basic design of this card from a fellow demonstrator Marelle.
Marelle’s work is just awesome.…….her blog is worth visiting regularly so make sure you add her to your favourites :).
I have stamped the image from Circle of Friendship using my brand new Basic Grey stamp pad (I’m loving this colour!) onto some Soft Sky card stock before punching it out with the 1 and 1/4 inch Circle punch that comes in the bundle. Then I used the bigger 1 and 3/8 inch Circle Punch to create a slightly bigger circle to frame the smaller one. I punched through the two layers with my Cropadile and set in a pewter Jumbo Eyelet.
The little Sunny Boy or Sour Cream container was made using 1/4 of an A4 sheet of whisper white cardstock decorated with the Basics Outline Wheel and Bud Basics stamp set.
These are so easy to make see here for Beate Johns’ tutorial that you can adapt for your own use.
The card stock and ink colours and coordinating ribbon used in these projects are Blue Bayou, Wild Wasabi and Soft Sky.
Let me know what you think!
