Pinwheels and Patio Party

Here is one of the projects that we created at Saturday’s launch!  The bag is made witht he Fancy Favour Die (there are so many different ways to use this die!). The stamping was done with Betsy’s Blossoms using the new In Colors : Summer Starfruit and Primrose Petals. We created the embellishments for our boxes using the Petite  Pennants Builder Punch and the new Floral District Designer Series Paper. Ask me to show you how to create these cute pinwheels at your workshop 😉

Here is a card similar to the second project we made using the new Patio Party Product Suite. The papers are perfcet for paper piecing (stamping onto with a line-art stamp and then cutting out the image). I’ve used the cake and the bunting images from the Make A Cake stamp set (you’ll want to get yours in the Clear Mount version, this makes it so easy to line up the images when you are stamping them in 2 or three steps).
You notice another new set called “Itty Bitty Banners” on this card which coordinates with the new Bitty Banners Framelits Dies (no more cutting fiddly little greeting banners by hand!) I’ve also used some ink from the new In Colour Inkpads and a Blender Pen to colour in the bunting across the top.
