I’m creating with the gorgeous Inside the Lines Designer Series paper again today! This time using the Spotlighting Technique…..I’ve coloured in just a section of the papers using my new Stampin’ Up! Water Color Pencils. Using the Layering Circles Framelits and one of the Circles from the Stitched Shapes Framelits to create the spotlight……I coloured just that one section in and blended with a Blender Pen.
