Happy International Women's Day!

 

To all the amazing women I have the privilege of calling “friend” – wishing each of you a Happy International Woman’s Day!
On the surface that may seem a trite thing to wish…..so I will unpack it a little before I share my stamping news with you.
I wish you healing. I wish you empowerment and education. I wish you strength….even in the absence of advocacy.
I wish you wisdom and the capacity to discern real from fake, truth from falsehood.
I wish you all these things as you live in a world that doesn’t customarily recognise the value of them.
I stand with you.

So, I ordered a stamp set today in honour of the resilient, strong and beautiful women in my life a because I knew that I would be able to make good use of the sayings as I reach out to thank, encourage, build up and look up to these women in future days.
