Retro Style Cards with the Friendly Hello Bundle!

Don’t you just love the colours of these cards? They remind me of gelato and and retro 1950’s fabrics!

When I designed these cards I took my cue from the colours in the Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper : Basic Black, Fresh Fressia, Granny Apple Green, Petal Pink, Pool Party and Shaded Spruce.

As it’s a bundle, the stamps coordinate rather perfectly with the Designer Series Paper when you use them together……

To add a bit of interest to the background, I used some of the smaller images in the Hello Beautiful Stampset stamped in Pool Party and Basic Black. The piece of Basic Black Baker’s twine completes the look. Aren’t the shapes in the Beautiful Shapes dies adorable? I love how nothing on this card is symmetrical …..this meant that I could arrange the shapes on each card any way I liked for a fun and funky card layout!
